General business terms

The goods remain our property until the payment of the bill in full. Any complaint must be lodged immediately upon receipt of goods.

The customer is entitled to retail the goods in the proper course of business. If you sell the goods before they are fully paid for, you must pay us commission. The customer must in this case keep the sums of money separate and pay us without delay.

Breaking any of these conditions or obligations, and any delay in fulfilling them, will mean that all accounts will have to be settled immediately.

In both cases Bad Bramstedt is the location where accounts and jurisdiction are to be settled.
